Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design process for new features and products, from user research and concept development to detailed wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity visual design.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and market analysis to identify user needs and pain points.

• Develop and maintain a consistent design language and style guide across all digital products.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a UX/UI Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful digital products and complex interface designs.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and visual design best practices.
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and translating findings into actionable design improvements.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and working within cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience designing for web, mobile (iOS/Android), and potentially other platforms.
