Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, CS, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio.

• Solid understanding of user-centered design, interaction design, and visual design best practices.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a plus.
• Excellent communication and remote collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage time effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights into user needs and behaviours.
• Create user personas, journey maps, and information architectures to guide design decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and outcomes.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision.
• Solid understanding of user-centred design principles, interaction design, and visual design best practices.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Familiarity with front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage time effectively.
• Experience designing for complex applications or enterprise software is advantageous.
