Placements24 seeks a visionary Remote Lead UX/UI Designer to spearhead user experience and interface design across web and mobile. You will own the UX strategy, mentor designers, and ensure high-quality, aesthetically pleasing interfaces in a remote-first setting.

About the Role

Our client, a rapidly growing digital product development company, is seeking a visionary and highly skilled Remote Lead UX/UI Designer to spearhead their user experience and interface design initiatives. This is a fully remote opportunity, allowing you to work from anywhere while shaping intuitive and engaging digital products. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, a mastery of modern design tools, and a proven ability to lead design teams and projects from concept to launch. You will be responsible for defining the overall user experience strategy, mentoring designers, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, aesthetically pleasing, and highly functional interfaces. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design process for web and mobile applications, from user research and wireframing to prototyping and high-fidelity UI design.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive design systems and style guides.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and persona development to inform design decisions.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into seamless user experiences.
• Mentor and guide junior UX/UI designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering their professional growth.
• Champion best practices in UX/UI design and stay current with emerging trends and technologies.
• Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders clearly and persuasively.
• Ensure design consistency and quality across all products and platforms.
• Optimize user flows and interfaces for maximum usability and engagement.
• Actively participate in remote team meetings, critiques, and brainstorming sessions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in UX/UI design, with at least 3 years in a lead or management role.

• Expert proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
