Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in UX/UI design, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior role.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a track record of designing successful and user-centered digital products.
• Expert proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision.
• Deep understanding of user research methodologies, usability testing, and interaction design principles.
• Experience in creating and managing design systems.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor a design team.
• Experience working in agile development environments.
• A Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Familiarity with front-end development principles is a plus.
