Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end UI/UX design process for web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience. Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions and identify areas for improvement. Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design concepts. Collaborate closely with product management and engineering teams to translate user needs and business requirements into compelling design solutions. Establish and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency and scalability across all products. Mentor and guide junior designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering a culture of design excellence. Present design strategies and outcomes to stakeholders, articulating the value proposition and design rationale. Stay abreast of the latest UI/UX trends, technologies, and best practices to drive innovation. Advocate for the user throughout the product development lifecycle, ensuring user needs are prioritized.

Requirements

Extensive experience in UI/UX design, with a significant portion in a lead or senior capacity, demonstrated through a compelling portfolio. Proven ability to conduct user research, usability testing, and apply insights to design. Expertise in using design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and information architecture. Experience in creating and managing design systems. Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills, particularly in a remote setting. Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring design teams. Familiarity with agile development methodologies. Bachelor's degree in HCI, Design, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
