Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an experienced Lead UX/UI Designer to drive the end-to-end design of our digital products. This fully remote role within South Africa offers the freedom to work from anywhere while leading a design team.

You will define user experiences, create flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes; conduct user research and usability testing; and collaborate with product managers and engineers to shape the roadmap.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years in UX/UI design, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record designing and shipping digital products.
• Expertise in user research methodologies, usability testing, and data analysis.
• Proficiency with design/prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision.
