Placements24 seeks a visionary Remote Lead UX/UI Designer to drive the UX strategy across a suite of digital products. You will lead a distributed design team, conduct user research, and translate insights into intuitive interfaces that boost customer satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design process from concept to completion, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI design for web and mobile applications.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system and style guide to ensure consistency and scalability across all digital products.
• Collaborate effectively with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align design vision with business objectives and technical feasibility.

Requirements

• Extensive experience (7+ years) in UX/UI design, with a proven track record of leading design projects and teams.

• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
