Qualifications

• Ph.D. or Master's in Mechanical Engineering with specialization in Thermal Sciences or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in thermal systems design, analysis, and product development.
• Expertise in thermodynamics, heat transfer, fluid mechanics, and CFD/FEA software.
• Proven leadership of remote teams and large projects.

Responsabilités

• Lead design, development, and validation of advanced thermal management systems.
• Oversee CFD/FEA analyses to optimize performance and reliability.
