The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering, 5+ years in thermal engineering, and strong CAD/thermal software (ANSYS Fluent, COMSOL, SolidWorks, CATIA). Remote collaboration and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with specialization in thermodynamics or thermal sciences.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in thermal engineering and design.
• Proficiency in ANSYS Fluent, COMSOL, SolidWorks, and CATIA.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop advanced thermal management systems, including heat sinks, cold plates, and liquid cooling solutions.
• Perform detailed thermal analysis and simulations (CFD) to predict and optimize system performance.
• Create 3D models, 2D drawings, and BOMs for thermal components and assemblies.
• Collaborate virtually with cross-functional teams, including electrical, mechanical, and materials engineers.
• Manage supplier interactions for the fabrication of thermal components.
• Conduct and oversee experimental testing to validate simulation results and product performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve thermal performance issues in prototypes and production units.
• Stay current with advancements in thermal management technologies and propose innovative solutions.
