• Proficiency in CFD software ANSYS Fluent and COMSOL Multiphysics.
• Strong understanding of heat transfer, fluids, and materials.

Responsabilités

• Lead the design and development of advanced thermal management solutions for electronic and mechanical systems.
• Perform detailed CFD simulations and thermal analysis to predict and optimize system cooling performance.
• Specify and select thermal components such as heat sinks, fans, and heat pipes.
• Collaborate with remote cross-functional teams to integrate thermal solutions into product designs.
• Develop test plans for thermal performance validation and analyze test results.
• Document design specifications, analysis reports, and thermal design guidelines.
