Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with specialization in Thermodynamics or Thermal Sciences.
• 8+ years of professional experience in design and analysis of thermal systems.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD software (SolidWorks, Inventor, CATIA).
• Extensive experience with CFD software (ANSYS Fluent, STAR-CCM+) and thermal analysis tools.
• Strong understanding of heat transfer and thermal management concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead the mechanical design and development of advanced thermal management systems and components.
• Create detailed 3D CAD models, drawings, and Bills of Materials (BOMs).
• Perform CFD, thermal, stress, and transient analyses.
• Collaborate with a remote team of engineers to deliver integrated solutions.
• Specify materials and components for thermal applications and define manufacturing processes.
• Develop and execute testing and validation plans for thermal systems.
