- Proficiency in CFD and thermal analysis tools, and heat transfer principles.
- Experience leading engineers and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead design, analysis, and optimization of complex thermal management systems.
- Develop and validate advanced thermal models using CFD and simulations.
- Define thermal requirements for new products and verify performance.
- Mentor junior engineers and guide remote project teams.
- Present findings and contribute to R&D roadmaps.
