Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in thermal systems design, analysis, and product development.
• Expertise in thermodynamics, heat transfer, fluid mechanics, and CFD/FEA software (ANSYS Fluent, STAR-CCM+, COMSOL).
• Proven experience in leading engineering teams and managing complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and validation of advanced thermal management systems and components.
• Oversee thermal analysis (CFD/FEA) to optimize performance and reliability.
• Define system requirements, specs, and test protocols for thermal products.
• Manage and mentor a remote team of thermal engineers.
