Qualifications

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering with a thermal specialization.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in thermal engineering and electronics cooling.
• Proficiency with CFD and CAD tools as listed.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop thermal management solutions including heatsinks and cooling systems.
• Perform detailed thermal analysis using CFD to predict temperatures.
• Create mechanical enclosures and supporting structures for thermal components.
• Collaborate with electrical, software, and mechanical teams for integration.
• Specify materials based on thermal performance, cost and manufacturability.
• Develop test plans for thermal validation and analyze results.
