Placements24 is seeking a Lead Technical Recruiter to build and lead our talent acquisition function in a fully remote role, targeting software, data, and product talent. You will design and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy, mentor a team of technical recruiters, and partner with senior leadership to align hiring with business goals while advancing DEI and employer branding.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical recruitment with at least 2 years in leadership.
• Track record hiring niche, highly technical roles (AI/ML, Cloud, Cybersec).
• Deep knowledge of tech stacks and engineering disciplines.
• Experience developing DEI recruitment strategies.
• Strong employer branding and candidate marketing.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
• Experience in remote or distributed teams.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies for top technical talent.
• Lead and mentor a team of technical recruiters.
• Manage full lifecycle recruiting for technical roles.
• Partner with hiring managers and leadership on needs and goals.
• Design and optimize sourcing channels (direct sourcing, referrals, events).
• Champion DEI across recruitment efforts.
• Develop recruitment metrics and analytics for improvement.
• Oversee ATS/CRM systems and recruitment tech.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives.
