Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant with leadership of teams and major projects.
• Demonstrated ability in business development, client relationships, and negotiation.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and remote communication skills.
• Proficiency with ATS and CRM tools for remote operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of recruitment consultants to hit targets.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment for complex client engagements.
• Develop sourcing strategies to attract senior talent.
• Manage and grow key client relationships as a trusted advisor.
