Placements24 is seeking an experienced Remote Technical Recruiter specialized in software development to join its fully remote team. You will manage the full lifecycle recruitment process for backend, frontend, full-stack, mobile, and DevOps roles.

You will collaborate with hiring managers worldwide, develop sourcing strategies, and ensure an excellent candidate experience while staying current with industry trends and best practices in tech recruitment.

Formación

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in technical recruitment for software development roles.
• Proven success in sourcing and hiring for challenging software engineering positions.
• Deep understanding of programming languages, frameworks, cloud technologies, and development methodologies.
• Exceptional remote communication, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.
• Proficiency with modern ATS and recruitment tools.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full lifecycle recruitment process for software development roles (backend, frontend, full-stack, mobile, DevOps).
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract niche and high-demand tech talent.
• Conduct comprehensive technical interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills and experience.
• Partner effectively with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and optimize search strategies.
• Build and maintain a strong, diverse pipeline through proactive outreach and networking.
• Utilize ATS and recruitment technologies to manage data and track progress.
