Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for senior and niche IT roles.
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract IT professionals.
• Conduct comprehensive technical screening and behavioural interviews.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with IT professionals and clients.
• Provide market insights on trends, salaries and talent availability.
• Manage the offer process, including negotiation and onboarding.
• Stay updated on new technologies and IT trends.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align recruitment strategies.
• Maintain accurate records in the ATS.
