You will mentor a remote team, collaborate across electrical, software, and project teams, and implement best practices in design and QA while evaluating new materials and technologies.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in mechanical design with at least 3 years in leadership or supervisory role.
• Proficient with CAD/CAE tools and simulation methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead conceptualization, design, and development of complex mechanical systems within timelines and budgets.
• Oversee advanced analyses (stress, thermal, vibration) using simulation tools.
• Provide technical leadership to a remote team of engineers and mentor others.
