Qualifications

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years in design and integration of complex mechanical systems.
• Strong systems engineering, modeling and simulation fundamentals.
• Excellent remote communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in CAD software and systems engineering tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of integrated mechanical systems and ensure interaction between subsystems.
• Conduct system-level performance analysis including reliability, maintainability and safety.
• Develop detailed system architecture, component specs, and integration plans.
• Collaborate with remote engineering teams across disciplines using digital tools.
• Oversee prototype development, system testing and validation per requirements.
• Identify and resolve complex technical challenges within mechanical systems.
