Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's in a related field with preference for advanced degrees.
- 7+ years in insurance product development, including leadership experience.
- Proven ability to design, launch and manage profitable products.
- Strong grasp of insurance principles, markets and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Lead design, development and lifecycle management of insurance products.
- Perform market research and competitive analysis to spot trends.
- Collaborate with actuarial, underwriting, sales and marketing teams.
- Develop product roadmaps aligned with business goals.
- Create product documentation, policy wordings and marketing materials.
- Monitor product performance and drive improvements.
- Drive innovation using new technologies and methods.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry rules.
- Mentor junior team members and present updates to senior management.
