You will lead a cross-functional team across marketing, underwriting, actuarial, IT and legal to design, develop, and launch cutting-edge products, ensuring regulatory compliance and customer-centric outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field.
• 8+ years in product management or development in insurance.
• Proven track record of launching insurance products.
• Strong understanding of insurance principles, dynamics and regulation.
• Demonstrated leadership for cross-functional teams.
• Excellent strategic, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with product management tools and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product development lifecycle from ideation to launch.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, underwriting, actuarial, IT and legal.
• Conduct market analysis, competitive research and customer needs assessments.

• Manage product requirements, specs and user stories for dev teams.
