• Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with actuarial, underwriting, sales, and marketing teams to define product requirements and features.
• Develop comprehensive product roadmaps and strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Oversee the creation of product documentation, including policy wordings and marketing materials.
• Manage product performance metrics and identify areas for improvement or optimization.
• Drive innovation by exploring new technologies and methodologies for product development.
• Ensure all product offerings comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Mentor and guide junior product development team members.
