Placements24 is seeking a Lead Industrial Engineer to spearhead process optimization and operational excellence in a fully remote setting. You will guide a team of engineers, mentor junior staff, and set the strategic direction for industrial engineering across the organization.

The role emphasizes Lean, Six Sigma, and theory of constraints, with a focus on delivering measurable improvements while managing remote teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in industrial engineering.
• 3+ years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Lean, Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt certification highly desirable), and Theory of Constraints expertise.
• Strong remote leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of industrial engineers, providing technical guidance and performance management.
• Develop and execute long-term strategies for process improvement, operational efficiency, and cost optimization.
• Oversee the design, development, and implementation of complex engineering projects and solutions.
• Establish and monitor KPIs and operational metrics to assess progress and drive accountability.
• Champion the adoption of Lean, Six Sigma, and other best practices across the organization.
• Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to ensure seamless integration of engineering solutions and drive project success.
