Qualifications

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related quantitative field.
• Over 7 years of progressive experience in industrial engineering with a proven track record in process optimization.
• Extensive experience with simulation software, statistical analysis, and advanced data visualization tools.
• Deep understanding and practical application of lean, Six Sigma, and other optimization methodologies.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Strong remote communication, leadership, and project management skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead the analysis and redesign of complex operational processes to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
