Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior role.
• Proven full-stack expertise across frontend and backend technologies.
• Experience with backend languages/frameworks (Node.js, Python/Django, Ruby on Rails) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong RESTful APIs, microservices, and modern design pattern knowledge.
• Experience with agile development and Git version control.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaborative skills.
• Ability to mentor junior engineers in a remote team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of full-stack web applications.
• Mentor and guide a team of software engineers, providing technical leadership and code reviews.
• Architect and implement scalable backend systems using Node.js, Python/Django, or Ruby on Rails.
• Develop responsive front-end interfaces using modern frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define technical requirements and solutions.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and database efficiency.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code.
• Champion best practices in software development, including testing, documentation, and code quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the stack.
• Contribute to strategic technical roadmap planning and technology selection.
