The ideal candidate has 7+ years of software development experience, strong leadership, and expertise in Java, Python, Go, or JavaScript/TypeScript, plus cloud and microservices work. Remote-first culture with emphasis on communication and delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 7+ years of professional software development experience with leadership.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, Go, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and microservices architecture.
• Strong understanding of databases and data modeling.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of software developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Architect and design scalable, robust, and maintainable software systems.
• Drive the development of new features from conception to deployment.
• Establish and enforce coding standards, best practices, and code reviews.
• Collaborate with product management, design, and stakeholders to define requirements.
• Identify and address technical debt and performance bottlenecks.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve development efficiency.
• Ensure security and integrity of applications and data.
• Contribute to strategic technical planning and roadmap development.
• Participate in architectural reviews and provide guidance.
