Placements24 is seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Developer (Full Stack) for a remote-first fintech startup. You will design, build, and deploy scalable web applications across the complete technology stack, delivering robust APIs and modern UI frameworks.

You will mentor juniors, influence architectural choices, and collaborate with product teams in a distributed environment. The role emphasizes autonomy, continuous improvement, and a growth-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in full-stack web development.
• Strong proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and at least one modern framework (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
• Extensive experience with back-end development, including building RESTful APIs and working with server-side languages (Node.js, Python, Java, Go, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications across the full technology stack.
• Design and implement intuitive and responsive user interfaces using modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
• Build robust and efficient server-side logic, APIs, and microservices using backend technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python/Django, Go).
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define requirements and deliver features.
• Write clean, well-documented, testable, and maintainable code, adhering to coding standards and best practices.
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, security, and user experience.
• Participate actively in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues across the entire application lifecycle.
• Contribute to architectural decisions, technology selection, and the overall technical strategy.
• Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
