The ideal candidate has 10+ years in full-stack roles, proficiency in Python/ Node.js/ Java/ Ruby, modern front-end frameworks, cloud platforms, and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional full-stack experience with leadership.
• Back-end expertise in Python, Node.js, Java, or Ruby with Django/Express/Spring Boot.
• Front-end proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3; React/Angular/Vue.js.
• Databases: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra.
• Cloud platforms: AWS/Azure or Google Cloud.
• Experience building RESTful APIs; Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong remote leadership and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of full-stack web applications.
• Architect scalable back-end systems using modern frameworks.
• Develop responsive front-end interfaces with cutting-edge technologies.
• Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers remotely.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers on requirements.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code across the stack.
