Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a remote team of chemical engineers in design and optimization projects.
- Set technical standards and best practices for process engineering activities.
- Oversee concept-to-commercial execution of new chemical processes.
- Collaborate with R&D, operations, and project management to align strategies with business goals.
- Drive adoption of new technologies and methodologies for process improvement.
