You will mentor engineers, oversee critical projects, and steer technical direction in a distributed work environment.

The role requires a Master’s or Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering with 10+ years of experience, strong process modeling skills, and excellent remote collaboration and communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Master's or Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in chemical process engineering, focusing on design and development.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in managing teams and complex projects.
• Expertise in process simulation software and advanced data analysis techniques.
• Strong understanding of thermodynamics, kinetics, and transport phenomena.
• Excellent communication and remote-collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead conceptualization, design, and implementation of innovative chemical processes and systems.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of engineers.
• Oversee process simulation, modeling, and optimization to improve efficiency and sustainability.
• Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and commercial teams for project execution.
• Develop and maintain process documentation (P&IDs, mass/energy balances, manuals).
• Champion process safety, environmental compliance, and operational excellence.
