Leading complex projects, you will set technical direction, mentor staff, manage budgets, and collaborate with stakeholders to align development with business goals while maintaining high standards across remote teams.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in Chemical Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in chemical process engineering with leadership exposure.
• Proven track record in leading remote engineering teams.
• Expertise in process modeling and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and optimization of complex chemical processes from concept to full-scale implementation.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of chemical engineers.
• Oversee project management—timelines, budgets, and specifications.
