Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in Chemical Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in chemical process design and management.
• Experience leading engineering teams on large-scale projects.
• Proficient with Aspen Plus and ChemCAD.
• Knowledge of PSM and environmental regulations.
• Strong remote-working communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and optimization of complex chemical processes.
• Mentor a team of chemical engineers and oversee projects end-to-end.
• Perform process safety analyses (HAZOPs, LOPAs) and risk assessments.
• Collaborate with R&D, operations, and management to implement new technologies.
• Manage budgets and timelines to deliver projects on time.
