Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field is preferred.
• Previous internship or 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or support role is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities for effective remote interaction.

Responsibilities

• Assist procurement specialists with daily administrative tasks, including preparing purchase orders and requisitions.
• Maintain accurate and organized procurement records and databases.
• Support supplier communication, including sending out inquiries and following up on deliveries.
• Help gather and organize data for spend analysis and supplier performance reviews.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate processing of procurement requests.
• Learn and apply company procurement policies and procedures under guidance.
