Qualifications

• Administrative or clerical experience preferred, ideally in a procurement or office setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication for effective remote interaction.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
• Desire to learn and grow within the procurement and supply chain field.

Responsibilities

• Assist procurement specialists and managers with daily purchasing activities and administrative duties.
• Process purchase requisitions and generate accurate purchase orders in the designated system.
• Maintain and update procurement records, including supplier information and order details.
• Coordinate with suppliers to confirm order status, delivery schedules and address basic inquiries.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure clear communication regarding procurement needs.
• Support the team with basic data entry, filing and preparation of procurement reports.
