Qualifications

• Previous internship or entry-level experience in purchasing, administration, or a related field is advantageous.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities, suitable for remote collaboration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
• Eagerness to learn and develop expertise in procurement and supply chain management.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the sourcing of goods and services, gathering quotes from potential suppliers.
• Process purchase orders and requisitions accurately using the company's procurement system.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records of purchases, supplier information, and contract details.
• Support senior procurement staff in negotiations and supplier relationship management.
• Monitor order status and delivery schedules, proactively addressing any potential delays.
