Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• 1–2 years of purchasing or administrative experience is advantageous.
• Familiarity with procurement processes and terminology.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication for remote collaboration.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing suppliers and obtaining quotations for goods and services.
• Process purchase requisitions and generate purchase orders accurately.
• Maintain procurement records and update vendor databases.
• Support contract administration and ensure policy compliance.
