You will manage end-to-end recruitment using ATS and sourcing on LinkedIn, GitHub, and niche boards, conducting pre-screenings and coordinating with hiring managers remotely.

Qualifications

• Proven IT/tech recruitment experience.
• Experience using ATS and sourcing tools.
• Strong understanding of IT roles and terminology.
