Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an IT Recruitment Consultant to lead full lifecycle recruitment for IT roles across diverse sectors from Benoni, Gauteng. You will source, screen, and place software developers, network engineers, cybersecurity specialists, and IT project managers while building strong relationships with hiring managers.

You will leverage tech communities, LinkedIn, and IT job boards, conduct technical interviews, and negotiate offers.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years IT recruitment experience
• Ability to source and engage hard-to-find technical talent
• Solid understanding of IT stacks, programming languages, infrastructure, and trends
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle for IT positions from brief to placement
• Source candidates via IT job boards, LinkedIn, and tech communities
• Conduct technical screening and competency-based interviews
• Build relationships with IT hiring managers and decision-makers
• Develop understanding of different IT stacks and industry trends
• Negotiate offers and manage candidate expectations
