Placements24 seeks a highly motivated Remote Talent Acquisition Specialist to bolster its IT recruitment division. This fully remote role enables sourcing, attracting, and engaging top IT professionals for diverse clients across industries from anywhere in South Africa.

You will manage the full recruitment cycle, interview candidates by phone and video, partner with hiring managers, and utilize ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter to build a robust talent pipeline.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in talent acquisition or recruitment with IT focus.
• Ability to source for niche and in-demand technology roles.
• Strong understanding of IT trends and the tech talent market.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment cycle for IT positions (software, cloud, cybersecurity, data science).
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates.
• Conduct phone and video interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and advise on recruitment strategies.
• Maintain a robust IT candidate pipeline through proactive networking and database management.
• Use ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job boards to optimize the search process.
• Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the journey.
• Track and report recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement.
