Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a motivated Remote Recruitment Specialist focused on IT Sales roles. This fully remote position in South Africa involves identifying, engaging, and placing top IT sales talent for tech companies, across roles from Account Executives to Sales Managers.

You will source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and networks, screen and interview for fit, negotiate offers, and guide onboarding. A strong IT sales background and remote work experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years recruitment experience in IT sales.
• Experience placing roles: Account Executive, SDR, Sales Manager, and Business Development Manager.
• Proficient with recruitment software, ATS, and social media for sourcing.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit qualified candidates for IT sales positions at all levels, from entry-level to senior management.
• Develop effective sourcing strategies using channels including LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks.
• Screen candidate applications and conduct thorough interviews to assess sales acumen, experience, and fit for client organizations.
• Partner with hiring managers in IT sector to understand needs and recruitment challenges.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a positive and efficient experience for all candidates.
• Provide market insights on IT sales compensation, talent availability, and industry trends.
• Negotiate offers and facilitate onboarding of successful candidates.
• Maintain candidate database and ensure accurate records within the ATS.
