Qualifikationen

• Provide first- and second-line IT support to end-users via remote, phone or email.
• Install, configure and maintain computers, software and network devices.
• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers and core applications.
• Manage user accounts and access controls in Active Directory.
• Perform regular system maintenance, updates, patches and backups.
• Monitor system performance and security; document solutions in knowledge base.
• Assist with IT asset management and vendor liaison for hardware/software.
