Qualifications

• Proven experience in IT support with remote assistance.
• Familiar with Windows and macOS and business apps.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication.
• Self-motivated, able to work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues via phone, email, and chat.
• Diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently, escalating complex issues as needed.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
• Assist with user account management, including creation, modification, and deletion.
• Develop and maintain IT documentation, including user guides and troubleshooting procedures.
• Contribute to proactive maintenance and system improvement initiatives for remote clients.
