Job summary

City Logistics is seeking a motivated IT Support Engineer to join our IT team. You will provide first- and second-line technical support across the organisation, covering end-user computing, Microsoft 365, user administration, networking and general IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities include logging and resolving incidents within SLA, troubleshooting hardware and software, and assisting with server maintenance and security updates.

Qualifications

• Must have 3–4 years of IT support experience.
• Experience with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills.
• Good communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-line technical support.
• Log, manage and resolve incidents within SLA.
• Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, hardware, software, printer and peripheral issues.
• Install, configure and upgrade end-user equipment.
