Job summary

MSA Sourcing Solutions is seeking an IT Support Agent to provide remote technical support for a UK-based client. You will handle day-to-day IT queries, troubleshoot, and assist with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace administration.

You will use AnyDesk or similar tools to resolve issues, document all interactions, escalate when needed, and maintain confidentiality while delivering professional, courteous service to UK users.

Qualifications

• Previous IT support or technical support experience.
• Experience with Windows PCs and troubleshooting common issues.
• Hands-on familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace administration.
• Experience using remote support tools like AnyDesk, TeamViewer or Splashtop.

Responsibilities

• Answer client support calls via 3CX and provide basic 3CX support.
• Log and document client issues clearly and accurately.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues remotely where appropriate.
• Escalate complex or higher-risk issues to the UK technical team with clear notes.
• Provide remote support for Windows computers using AnyDesk, TeamViewer, Splashtop or similar tools.
• Assist with day-to-day Microsoft 365 administration and Google Workspace support.
