Job summary

Babble Cloud is seeking a 2nd Line Engineer to deliver expert remote support and hands-on troubleshooting for managed clients. You will resolve IT issues within SLA guidelines, document cases thoroughly, and mentor colleagues as part of a tight-knit team.

The role is home-based, requires strong Microsoft 365 and Azure knowledge, and offers opportunities to work across various technologies with a focus on reliability and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working on a service desk as a 2nd Line Engineer is essential.
• Experience in a managed services (MSP) environment is advantageous.
• Proficiency across multiple technologies and the ability to manage difficult and sensitive technical issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide world‑class service and support to clients and colleagues.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose IT issues within SLAs; deliver remote support.
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
