Job summary

The HR Company is seeking an IT support professional to assist with Microsoft 365 administration, mailbox migrations, and Teams management. You will help users with Outlook, OneDrive and file access, and perform pre- and post-migration checks.

The role involves working from the company office and at client sites as required, with opportunities to gain hands-on experience in migration projects and documentation maintenance.

Qualifications

• Basic Microsoft 365 knowledge.
• General computer troubleshooting ability.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to learn Microsoft 365 administration and migration processes.
• Ability to work from the company office and at client sites when required.

Responsibilities

• Microsoft 365 Administration including user creation, licensing, password resets and MFA.
• Assist with Exchange Online mailbox migrations and migration checks.
• Assist users with Outlook, OneDrive and file access.
• Create and update Teams and assist with access issues.
• Support migration tasks and maintain project plans and knowledge-base information.
