Job summary

My IT Crew is seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to join our Service Delivery team, delivering proactive IT support across client environments. This remote role requires strong communication and hands-on technical skills to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently.

You'll work with Windows workstations, Microsoft 365, servers, networking, and VoIP, while maintaining documentation and contributing to a knowledge base that empowers the team and improves client experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in MSP environments is required.
• Strong Windows Server, AD, DNS, and DHCP administration.
• Microsoft 365 environments administration.
• Experience with virtualization (Hyper-V) and networking troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve a wide range of client issues.
• Troubleshoot Windows workstations, servers, networks, and VoIP.
• Manage support requests from intake to resolution with clear updates.
• Prioritize tickets, handle escalations, meet SLAs.
• Collaborate with teammates and other departments on complex issues.
• Create and maintain documentation to improve processes and knowledge base.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors when needed.
• Participate in meetings and continuous improvement initiatives.
