Remote Recruitment is hiring an IT Helpdesk Agent for a UK-based employer, fully remote from South Africa, owning first-line IT support for a UK team.

You will be the friendly first point of contact when staff at a UK business have a tech problem. You will diagnose, fix or expand issues quickly and keep every ticket moving until it is resolved. This is a full-time, remote role with UK hours.

Qualificações

• Experience in an IT helpdesk or technical support role.
• Experience with a ticketing tool such as Zendesk or Freshdesk.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows.
• Clear written English for explaining fixes simply.
• A reliable laptop and stable fibre connection.

What you'll need
