Placements24 is seeking a Senior IT Recruitment Specialist to lead sourcing and placing top IT talent across South Africa in a fully remote setup. You will partner with clients, shape talent strategies, and drive end-to-end recruitment for software, data, and security roles.

You will leverage advanced sourcing tools and ATS, conduct technical and behavioral interviews, and build lasting relationships with hiring managers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years IT recruitment experience, preferably in a consultancy.
• Proven ability to recruit for niche IT skills and manage end-to-end processes.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management.

This role is critical for sourcing and placing top-tier IT professionals across a broad spectrum of technologies and industries throughout South Africa . You will act as a key strategic partner to clients, offering expert advice and delivering exceptional talent acquisition solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for complex IT roles, including software development, data science, cybersecurity, and cloud engineering.
• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to identify and engage high-caliber IT talent.
